Today our class went on a reconnaissance mission (or 'Recce' for short) around the near-by parks in Bath. Our mission was to pick the best suitable park to shoot a Comedy/Sci-Fi/Romance. There were pros and cons to each park.
For the first park, it was much bigger and had a more interesting terrain. Where as the first one was smaller and completely flat. The first park had playground equipment which also made it more interesting, good to use for romantic scenes.
On the other hand, the second park was significantly quieter as a main road does not run along it. There was also less wind noise as the park was sheltered by the tall surrounding buildings.
